Poppy Field Sunset Landscape
Been searching and searching for some poppies in a filed to photograph a nice sunset or panorama.
After just over 100 miles of driving it all came down to a tip-off for this location, thanks mate
I have another image shot slightly earlier that i will edit and post soon.
Poppies at Goodwood
All credit for this picture goes to my dad, who without his tip-off I would never have known these were right on my doorstep….
this ones for you…..
Where are those poppies????
I went out for a walk today hoping to find some poppies up at Halnaker Windmill similar to this picture taken by Frank NaylorOnly a lot more dramatic maybe with a sunset or rising moon.
From the bottom of the car park to the top of the hill is about 1 mile as well as including the area the size of about 10 football pitches at the top of the hill I could only find a total of 4 poppies!
There was no plan B, however on the way down the hill i came across a Chalk Hill Blue butterfly which kindly settled long enough for me to take a few pictures.
